Air-cooled (Natural Gas and propane)
The most popular Generac® unit in the United States, are the air-cooled 22kW generators which can power most homes between 2,000 and 4,000 square feet. The Generac® motors are designed to be more fuel-efficient than other brands.
Sizes can range from 7.5kW up to 24kW.
Liquid-Cooled (Propane, natural gas, and diesel)
Generac® also offer units that are liquid-cooled and are designed to run longer, with less service and maintenance. These generators can be used with either propane, natural gas, or diesel. These are ideal for businesses and homes that require more usage.
Sizes can range from 22kW up to 60kW, with larger units available upon special order.
Diesel
Generac® also offers units that are run with Diesel fuel. These generators are generally "code-ready" and are designed to run longer, with less service and maintenance as well. These are available in single and three-phase configuration. These units are great for new construction.
Sizes can range from 15kW up to 50kW, with larger units available upon special order.
